Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. 283 pp. Original grey cloth binding frontisplate +28 Sketch maps. The name of, presumably, the original owner of this book, Capt. G. Pritchard M.C., dated Xmas 1917. As part of the 5th Division this Infantry Brigade fought at Mons, Le Cateau, 1st Ypres at Messines. The spine is… slightly 'pushed in' top and bottom, sun faded. Foxing/tanning on the end papers, but all the text pages are clear. Light bumpering to the covers.
