Complete Harry Potter series in nearly fine hardcover first Australian/first printing copies, Maryborough, Victoria: Bloomsbury Australia except HP Prisoner of Azkaban, 1st UK edition/1st printing/3rd state. All vols lack printed prices save HP Prisoner Azkaban in pound-sterling. First 3 titles printing number-line down to "1", last 4 titles state "First Australian Edition", indicating 1st printings. Same text UK editions. NOTE: Not Ted Smart eds. Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (HP book one, aka HP and the Sorcerer's Stone) by J.K. Rowling Hardcover 1st Australian Edition - 1st Printing with Young Wizard Jacket Artwork Thomas Taylor young wizard. Near Fine++ in Fine- Dust Jacket, a really nice copy, typical toning text-block. Jacket is nearly perfect just a nick or two here or there. SPECIAL NOTE: The only trade hardcover printing with a printing number-line to "1", save the prohibitively expensive first UK hardcover printing which fetches $75,000 to $300,000 since only 500 copies produced. Complete sets priced $200,000+ No Canadian hardcover copies are extant with a printing number-line down to "1". Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (HP book two) by J.K. Rowling Hardcover First Australian Edition - First Printing Australia, 1998.Artwork by Thomas Taylor. Fine in Fine- in clipped dust jacket Dust Jacket (possibly a UK jacket price-clipped) Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (HP book three) by J.K. Rowling Hardcover First UK Edition - First Printing/Third State London: Bloomsbury, 1999. Artwork by Cliff Wright. (One of 5150 copies.) £10.99 UK cover price. Lacks a printer attribution. Tiny manufacturing short-coming, extra piece of front paste-down in a triangular shape near the bottom left-hand corner, 1/8th of an inch. SPECIAL NOTE: First printing/third state copies of HP and the Prisoner of Azkaban may have been sent to Australia. Copies of HP and the Prisoner of Azkaban indicating printed in Australia appear to be scarce. They be modified copies of the third UK state. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Goblet of Fire (HP book four) by J.K. Rowling Hardcover First Edition - First Printing Artwork by Giles Greenfield (my personal favorite cover art). 1st Australian, 2000. Fine- in Fine- Dust Jacket, a very nice copy but the typical toning of the text-block in a very nice bright jacket save tiny nicks to the front corners, and some edge-wear at the bottom edge. Still overall a nice copy of an uncommon edition, probably printed in a fraction of the UK edition. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (HP book five) by J.K. Rowling Hardcover Australian Edition - First Printing- Children's Issue Maryborough, Artwork by Jason Cockcroft. First Australian, 2003. Jacket, an exceptional copy, save toning to the text-block as usual in a near-flawless jacket. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (HP book six) by J.K. Rowling Hardcover First Edition - First Printing- Children's Issue Artwork by Jason Cockcroft. First Australian Edition, 2007. Fine- in Fine- Dust Jacket, a really nice copy with a touch of reading wear and typical toning to the text-block. A touch of edge-wear to the jacket mainly at the corners. Add to basketHardback. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. First edition. An exciting complete collection of first editions (first and early impressions) of the beloved Harry Potter series. An exciting collection of first editions, early impressions of the complete Harry Potter series. Collection comprised of: (1997) Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone; (1998) Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets; (1999) Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban; (2000) Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire; (2003) Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix; (2005) Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince; (2007) Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The first three volumes are the paperback editions, and the following works are found in the publisher's original pictorial hardback covers with the matching, unclipped dust wrappers. Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone is the thirty-seventh impression, with the number line "40 39 38 37", and containing the "Joanne Rowling" issue point to the copyright page and the younger depiction of Dumbledore to the rear cover. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is the thirtieth impression. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is the fourth impression, with the number line "1 0 9 8 7 6 5 4". The remaining volumes are the first impressions, with "first edition" stated to the copyright page. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire contains the issue points to pages 503, 579 and 594. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince contains the issue point to page 99. This beloved fantasy series follows the young wizard Harry Potter and his friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, all of whom attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The books have found massive success and popularity since their release, which was only heightened with the making of its successful film adaptation. The first three volumes are the paperback editions, and the following works are found in the publisher's original pictorial hardback covers with the matching, unclipped dust wrappers. Externally, smart with slight shelf wear, including the beginnings of cracking to the joints of Philosopher's Stone, light loss of paper to the extremities, especially to the paperback editions, and general marking to all covers. Azkaban contains the original Waterstones "£1 off" sticker to the front board. The hinges of Philosopher's Stone are a little more delicate. Dust wrappers are lightly creased to the edges, with the occasional tear, more so to Goblet of Fire and Deathly Hallows. Light marking and discolouration, the spine of Goblet of Fire being a little more sunned and Deathly Hallows containing a more moderate mark to the front cover and spine. The front flap of Deathly Hallows is creased, and the rear flap of Goblet of Fire is folded in two. Internally, firmly bound, the first few pages of Philosopher's Stone being minorly more strained. Pages are mildly age toned with the odd spot or mark, but otherwise bright and clean. Very Good. Thomas Taylor; Cliff Wright; Giles Greenfield; Jason Cockcroft (illustrator). book. …
