A FIRST EDITION, first printing from 1973, in 426 pages with copious vintage black-and-white photos throughout text. An Ex-Lib copy, with the usual stamps & markings, this hardcover book has flagrant purple cloth-covered boards & gilt lettering to spine. Condition is VG: aside from the library markings, it is quite clean, binding straight & strong, pages creamy white. Tape residue on both boards from where old DJ was removed & recovered with new mylar. DJ is VG+, with just a slight scrape where old call number was removed from lower spine. Bit of spine fading.
