Soft Cover. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. First Edition. This pamphlet is missing the pages two through 14, but the title page is still present. It contains all of the pages from 15-54. There are notations in the text that look to me like proofreader's corrections, so this could have been a working copy. The front panel of the book has been archivally repaired from the obverse and shows okay. The remaining pages are in decent condition. Obviously a scarce, early document of The Territory of New Mexico. This was published 41 years prior to New Mexico becoming a state. Desirable even with the missing leaves. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Pamphlet.
