Volume wrapped in gold dust jacket. --- With repair in clear tape at rear hinge and a couple of small white marks to front cover, else a bright, tightly-bound, unmarked copy. Fair-only dust jacket with considerable creasing and small tears & chips (some tape repaired), otherwise intact and wrapped in new removable archival mylar protector.; Octavo (8 to 9 in. tall); xvii, [3], 924 pages.

Clean text; xviii, 924 pages. Maps as endpapers. Hints of a rub to the tips; else a Fine copy. The dustjacket shows some edgewear, mainly wrinkling, with a small closed tear to the foot of the front panel. In an archival plastic protector. Book Club (BCE/BOMC). Hard Cover. Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
