Written during the Great Turkish War, a series of conflicts between the Ottoman Empire and several contemporary European powers, then joined into a Holy League, during the last decades of the 17th century, this book gives a detailed constitution for the newly recovered lands of Hungary which later led to the Austrian Hungarian Empire.
