Very Rare title, but this was the only signed copy that I could find offered for sale on the internet at this time! White SC book b&w 1930 electric streetcar photograph on fc, and other vintage photo on the rc. has black and burgandy font on both covers and spine. VG+ shape still retaining all of the original high gloss, very lightly bumped corners, good spine ends, minor fold lower fc corner, fc is starting to curl slightly. Extremely nice pictorial photo history of Cleveland and the surrounding areas including people, places, & events. Dates on the hundreds of photos run from 1912 till the late 1970's. Near perfect and inscribed "To Trudy, Hope you enjoy the Memories - Go Cleveland! Best Wishes, George Comack". No missing or marked pages, tight, clean, square, and odor free. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Signed by Editor.
