Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. Green cloth with light green lettering to fronts and light green + white lettering to spines, virtually pristine. Volume 1.: xiii + 491; Volume 2.: vii + 606, Volume 3.: ix + 537; all vols have an inoffensive p.o.s. to top fr. end-paper, otherwise clean, tight and unmarked, intermittent text figs throughout numbered by chapter. All jackets clean and unclipped but some inevitable edge nicks and rubbing, only serious one being a small triangular chip to top Vol.2 touching 1st author's name, will add protective sleeves when ordered. Numerous authors inc. Newell & Simon, Chomsky, and G.A. Miller as well as the editors, Luce being a major contributor, 21 Chapters in all covering all aspects of the topic (contact seller for more details). 15.5 cm x 23.5 cm x 9.5 cm thick. Over 2.7 kg unpacked so allow for significant additional postage, especially outside the UK.
