Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 3rd Edition. No date of publication stated, although 3rd edition. Reasonably presentable on the whole. Green cloth boards are quite little knocked at the fore edge corner tips; also the edges and the hinges and extremities are somewhat rubbed and handled looking. Slight slit in the spine cloth at the head. Name and gift inscription on the front end paper, and pages are mostly bright throughout although toned at the page block edge. No dust jacket. In all a very reasonable copy despite these few flaws.
