The book is in Very Good condition with stra…ight spine, sharp corners and lightly softened spine ends. The page edges are toned but the interior text is clean. There is a split to the seam when you open the book, but the binding is tight and nothing is loose. The title page confirms the publication in 1912 by A & C Black. Harry Rountree (illustrator).

Marked foxing to several pages of text noted, however content remains distinct. Light foxing to the large Tudor period Ralph Agas map. Page block tanned with light wear to some page edges. Within, content is well bound, maps are in very good condition for their age, their detail is exquisite. CN. Used.
