Segni di tarlo (e macchioline) limitati alla legatura; bruniture e fioriture tipiche della carta tedesca del tempo, peraltro esemplare nel complesso genuino e in buono stato di conservazione. Ahasver Fritsch (1629-1701), giureconsulto tedesco nativo di Mucheln, insegnò all'Università di Jena in Turingia e scrisse alcune fortunate opere, principalmente di taglio giuspubblicistico e romanistico. Queste tre opere, tutte in prima edizione, sono molto rare e interessanti. La prima descrive la disciplina del transito delle truppe militari: modalità di passaggio e cause di negazione del transito secondo le consuetudini, il diritto romano e il diritto imperiale. La seconda è dedicata agli archivi pubblici e al ruolo degli archivisti; secondariamente alle cancellerie, uffici fondamentali nella conservazione degli atti processuali.
