The blue-jay told him he should be weeping and have his branches hanging on the ground. He cheered up when the earthworm told him he is a Pussy Willow and meant to be happy and upstanding (it is the Weeping Willow that weeps). The bright drawings and easy-to-read text will appeal to all ages.
