Maroon cloth rubbed and some light mottling; spine ends bumped with minor fraying; spine's gilt stamping still reasonably bright. Foxing and toning to edges and endpapers; four-line ink ownership inscription upon front pastedown; light foxing to early and late leaves with some scattered light occurrences to interior pages which otherwise remain clean. Binding is firm. A very good- copy of an uncommon local history reference for west central and northwest Alabama. With Preface and Index.
