Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. A very good clean tight copy of this 99-page study of the port of Falmouth in Cornwall. Contents very good, in pale blue boards with red lettering to front and spine. Boards show very slight rubbing, and some slight darkening to part of the upper sections. A section of text of 20 pages is followed by 79 pages of black-and-white photographic plates showing aspects of the port and the various operations carried out there. A large folded photograph of the port is included as frontispiece. This book was formerly in the reference library of a professional body (The Institute of Transport) but the library evidence is limited to a small stamp and notation on the rear of the title page and a very small faint class number written at the very base of the spine.
