Stock uniformly toned as usual, tiny losses and closed tear to margins not approaching text, else Very Good. Handbill promoting the 1947 runaway hit film short "Open the Door,… Richard" by Black comedian and musical performer Dusty Fletcher (1900-1954). The song was originally written and performed by Jack McVea in 1946 and was already a hit before Fletcher's routine brought it to the screen. The handbill promises, "It's terrific -- It's a knockout." "Booked over the entire Loew circuit.".
