Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. ** SCARCE ** Sturdy, cloth-bound hardcover book, issued without any dustjacket. NOT a library book. In red cloth-covered boards with gilt decorative device on the front, gilt lettering on the spine. With 133 pages + 19 added pages of ads at the end for publisher's books. Pages are rough-cut (deckled) at the edges. A particularly nice and well-condition copy, especially for its age. Three or 4 small areas of rubbing, a bit of wear and tearing to the cloth at the top of the spine, but few other signs of use. Cloth binding remains nearly as new and unsoiled. Two blank pages at the back of the book are torn. No other notable flaws. The book is quite clean and stain-free, square and straight, firm and tight in its binding, no pages are loose, torn, folded, creased, or missing. The hinges are sound and undamaged, the corners are sharp and unbumped. All pages are clean and stain free, and all text is sharp and legible. There is no writing, underlining, highlighting, or other such markings in the book. Five-star seller, buy with confidence, professional booksellers for 35 years, selling books online since 1995. DB66.
