Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. The first English edition. 592 pages. Beautiful prize-type binding. Full tan calf, raised hubs, gilt spine and cover ruling, marbled edges all around, binding by Bickers & Son. VG, with quite discrete library stamps to endpapers and top edge. A nice copy.
