Hardcover. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. 1st Edition. This wonderful hardback book, in red coloured cloth, with black print titles, is in fair to reasonably good condition, please see photos. Normal wear and marks apply consistent with use and age. No dust jacket. The red cloth cover is faded and worn, some fading to edges, and some shelf-life wear. Personal pen inscription on first page dated 1920. Picture of the author with his signature printed below again please images. All 268 pages intact, all text, illustrations and pages in good clean, readable order. Introduction by The Earl of Lytton, "Puck's Song" by kind permission of Mr. Rudyard Kipling. First Edition 1918. A truly wonderful book that is extremely well put together, by the author who you can see had such a passion for his field of excellence.
