Plain Card/Jacket Attached. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. This was number one and the intention was issue a thoroughly revised edition periodically, 208pp, illustrated with black & white maps, photos and adverts (2pp colour adverts), pages clean, plain card covers with a dust jacket that has been fixed into place by the inner flaps, a little creased at the edges.
