Describes the experiences of consciousness after death, the signs of death, and rituals to undertake when death is closing in or has taken place. This translation and compilation by W. Y. Evans-Wentz was originally published by Oxford University Press in 1927. The current third and enlarged edition contains two forewords by Lama Anagarika Govinda and John Woodroffe, plus a valuable commentary by C. G. (Carl) Jung. (Published as a paperback in 1960, and later assigned an ISBN. This copy is the 42nd paperback printing.).
