A solid copy, opening widely but the sewn binding is firm, with intact hinges and spine slightly off square. Rubber-stamping and pencil marks front flyleaf, name in ink corner title page, but no marks to text. Som…e foxing. Condition marked down to "Fair only" because the cloth covers are worn, with bumped edges, faded spine and puckering of the cloth; there is also some speckling and dye loss to the front panel, which may be the result of foxing. Pages and endpapers toned.
