Hardcover. Condition: As New. 1st Edition. Ventana Editions, 2000. First edition, deluxe edition with signature and inscription to former owner by Sexton on title page. Hardcover within clamshell box (case). At the back of the book find enclosed a letter from Sexton describing the publication and binding of the book. Book is nearly square and measures 12-1/4 inches tall (and wide).It is within a cloth-bound case or box with the title Places of Power on face and on "spine" with Sexton's name, there too. IMPORTANT NOTE: This edition was supposed to have a signed print, a separate photo, included with the book. Unfortunately, my copy lacks this separate print. The original owner probably removed it for display. Sorry. More info and/or photo on request. I believe this work was self-published, but it is of the highest quality, befitting the photos within.
