Oliver with New years greetings 1943, Z-H." With a lengthy, hand-written letter from Lehmann-Hartleben to Peter Oliver in Mount Kisko, NY, dated June 31, 1943, with some personal information. Oliver eventually purchased and restored his ancestral home, the Oliver House in Middleborough, Massachusetts [circa 1769] and restored it. Signed.
