A French translation was published in 1933, and in the same year an English version of the chapters dealing with French erotica was published in the United States by Esar Levine under his Panurge Press imprint as The Erotic History of France, Including a History of its Erotic Literature, with the authorship ascribed to Henry L. Marchand. Linen boards. Some minor wear and slight grubbiness to cloth, else a very good copy.
