The inner coves and end pages are covered in silk with the gilt embossed letters M.R. on front end page. Gilt decorative edges on inside of cover.Blind stamped "Paroissien" on leather spine. Spine has five bands. Housed in original silk lined box with clasp. Some wear to the box but it remains functional. A beautiful copy.
