Gray card with mostly horizontal text lengthwise across top and bottom and vertical text at left and right edges; center b/w image (12.75cm long) of bottle of Lilly's Liquid Blaud for treatment of anemia; image is oriented for the vertical axis (in opposition to the primarily horizontal text) so that bottle top is at left edge and bottle bottom at right. Foxing and light creasing at left edge, short closed tear at top edge slightly affecting a few letters of text. Blank verso side has stronger foxing at edge and both old red and faded brown pen ink transfer and smudging as if it was rubbed against a note pad or some other handwritten document.
