The first Sheena was published as a World's Fair Edition of Jumbo Comics # 8, June-July 1939, the last in this collection is the June, 1951 issue (Jumbo # 148). In the additional section "Sheena and Censorship", the November, 1946 (Jumbo #93) which was republished as "Sheena No 12 in Summer, 1951, with mentions of overtly sexual or violent references censored and removed. Both the original and the reissue are included here. Also included are two bonus Sheena non-illustrated short stories from the '40s, "Sheena and The Flaming Pyre of Doom" (Jumbo # 79) and "Sheena and The Howling Horror" (Jumbo #148).
