He wrote a comprehensive guide to gesturing titled "How to Gesture" in 1902, an early guide to body language. The story follows the life of Philip Gerard, a young man who is struggling to find his place in the world. As he navigates through the challenges of life, he is faced with difficult decisions and must learn to overcome his own personal demons. Grey cloth boards are worn at the edges, hole in the cloth in the middle of front, some soiling, spine is akilter, wear at head/tail. Title page is a little soiled.
