Condition: Used; Good. If you love an excellent thriller, this brilliant anthology from Odhams publishing is the perfect book for you! Featuring over 50 short stories by some of the greatest authors with the likes of Bram Stoker, Agatha Christie, Edgar Allen Poe, Ambrose Bierce, W. Somerset Maugham all represented here, this book is an excellent read from start to finish. It even contains a submission from an anonymous author with 'The tale of a gas-light ghost - The elaborately dressed stranger appearing so unobtrusively at the local meeting was certainly dogmatic, but no one could say-afterwards-that he was not well informed - intriguing to say the least! This fantastic old book is the perfect addition to any home library, with it's dark red covers and gold lettering.
