Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Illustrated by Miller, Frank; Saunders, Dennis (illustrator). Crisp, clean pages; no owners' marks; square, tight binding; hard cover shows only gentle shelf rubbing at corners and spine ends. The dust jacket is noticeably faded over the spine and has small open tears around the spine head, small edge chips top and bottom, and some gray smudges on the rear, yet remains overall sound, now protected in a clear sleeve. 123pp.
