Frontispiece has a Full Page Colour illustration of 2 little children watching a ragged Piper. Undated Edition, Circa 1920's - '30s. Buff Paper covered Boards Illustrated in Colour on the front with an old man showing the Watch to 2 Children. One of the children Illustrated again on the spine. 96 Pages, 310g, 7 3/8" Tall. Some chipping to cover and a small closed tear at bottom corner of spine (see photo). Binding cracked between frontis & title page and reinforced with white hinge tape. No inscriptions.
