Fourth Edition. 208 pp. The cover is lightly sunned, and has a moisture stain on the lower fore-corner of the front cover; the front free endpaper has been clipped. There is a gift inscription on the front pastedown, along with a bookstore label. The jacket is chipped and has some closed tears along the upper and lower edges. Illustrated with maps and photographs.
