    Hardcover. Condition: Good+. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. Illustrated by No Illus (illustrator). Second Printing. Red cloth covers with lettering on spine and Little Brown insignia on front cover. The covers are a bit scuffed and worn with wear along the edges and corners. There's toniong to the end pages and the page edges are soiled and stained. On the front paste down is stamped in red ink "Flower City Nursing Home" and the address. The contents are tight and and otherwise clean. The dust jacket is in fair condition with chipping along the edges and creases and soiling and smudges on the front and rear panels. Despite the stated flaws, a good copy with dust jacket. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 239 page pages; A comic novel abouot Loo Loo Collett who inherits a boarding house and her struggles to stay financially solvent.
