One of 250 copies on ordinary paper. -- This item serves as the PROSPECTUS for the collection: acquired by Dodd Mead from a private collector, consisting of 70 volumes in red levant morocco cases, 14 volumes of minor interest, 24 volumes of Tennysoniana, plus letters etc. inserted in various volumes. -- Further: "The description of a set brought together by Dodd, Mead & Company with notes referring to items not included in the set." -- Softcover, 5.5x8.4 inches. Condition: FAIR-ONLY (sewn binding intact, but covers and outer pages are loose, chipped around edges; spine paper missing; bookplate). Pages are clean and bright.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Features a frontispiece portrait of Lord Alfred Tennyson protected by tissue paper. Slight separation between the bottom of the front board and the spine. The book would make a fine addition to the personal library of any with an interest in Lord Alfred Tennyson. Pages have some foxing. This description was written by Athen Schaper.
