First Edition. 222 pages, photos, bibliography, index, endpapers are map of the Moslem world, green cloth over boards with black illustration on front board and black titles. Boards lightly soiled, green portion has some faint mottling, spine faded and ends worn, corners slightly curved, contents near fine and binding is tight. Brick and mortar bookshop since 1975!
