ENVOIS AUTOGRAPHES DES AUTEURS sur cinq des sept publications, tous adressés à ALPHONSE GUÉRIN (1816-1895), médecin, chirurgien et professeur des hôpitaux de Paris. S'appuyant sur les travaux de Pasteur, ce dernier développa une théorie microbienne de l'infection.
