Seller: The Other Change of Hobbit, Richmond, CA, U.S.A.
Cloth. Condition: Fine. No Jacket. Various (illustrator). First Thus. A very nice copy of this limited edition of art from Japanese scrolls. The volume is in lovely shape, with the previous owner's discreet name and date/place of purchase on the front free endpaper. Issued without dustjacket. This copy is in the original slipcase, which is in very good condition with a break in the paper at the base of the spine of the box and one small place of removed illustration, about 1 cm by 2 cm, in the center of the cover with the flute player. Included with the book are two order forms: the smaller is 5x8" (2 sides) and has one small illustration, the larger 10x16" folded to 8x10" with three larger illustrations. The latter says in its final paragraph: "This edition is limited to one thousand copies." There is no indication of limitation within the book itself, so this is a useful piece of information indeed! Very pretty book. Shipping may be more than ABEBooks' default due to the size of this volume. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
