Wear to envelope of both sides with creasing. Small spot to both sides of envelope. Gold stamp is enclosed in a plastic protector on a red board. Red velour-like fabric attracts particles. Wear to red board with white spots on right corner. First Day of Issue cancellation line cross the bottom of the stamp. Scott number 3523.
