FLAT SIGNED BY DEAN KOONTZ ON THE CONTENTS PAGE. Comic has no crea…sed page corners from prior reading (small stain outline at bottom edge to first few page edges), hint of wear to spine tip corners, no wear to left/right on spine, no hard cover corner creases (faint stress mark to bottom right corner), no soiling or staining, no dust rubbing to covers, no color rubbing (common defect) to cover, no former owner markings or used bookstore markings inside, pages starting to age yellow at edges. Overall a VG+/FINE- comic containing a first comic adaption of a Dean Koontz story AND SIGNED BY DEAN KOONTZ.
