Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Mixed printings, volume five states first edition, the other volumes list no printings. Volume four, five and six are the only jackets with a price of $39.95, the other three are without prices (not price-clipped). Six volume set. Quartos. Illustrated with over six hundred and fifty black and white photographs. Black cloth stamped in silver and red gilt. Modest foxing on preliminary pages, spines slightly cocked, else very good in a very good dust jacket with edges lightly worn and modest chips and tears.
