White dust jacket rubbed with light soiling, several short tears at edges, top corner of front flap is price-clipped. Black cloth, spine decorated with bright maroon block and vibrant gilt stamped lettering, small patch of paper from dj's rear side adhered at spine heel, board corners bumped. Some toning to edges but interior pages are clean. Introduction by Henry Steele Commager; Appendix; Index. A very good copy in a very good dust jacket.
