Good condition. 4" scratch across front cover, starting at spine, connected to 1/2" tear at right angle. Moderate wear and creasing to corners of front cover, with lighter wear to other edges and corner. Rubbing evident to wraps; two intact price stickers on back cover and the remains of another. Binding is square and tight, and pages are clean and unmarked. Illustrated with black-and-white photographs. A study of the photographic work of American artist Thomas Eakins.
