First & only printing. Oblong quarto (19 x 27cm). A very scarce Kent item indeed, unknown to Smith, whose Bibliotheca Cantiana was published only twelve years later, with the only recorded institutional locations at Leicester & Yale. 25ff., all lithographed including the vignette title, the plates conforming with Yale, the Leicester copy being incomplete. The title & last four plates browned/foxed, perhaps due to different paper stock, otherwise clean. Contemporary half calf, gilt, with marbled boards, with some rubbing. Vg. [Bennett 315].
