Cundy became a fighter pilot during WWII and completed many operational combat missions in the Desert War against some of Germany's highest scoring fighter aces. He flew with 260 Squadron and 452 Squadron RAAF. Includes details of Cundy's citations and list of those pilots from 260 Squadron who were lost in action during Cundy's tour in North Africa.
