The more-or-less quarterly magazine was founded by Peter Ian Cummings in 1996 and published 49 issues before folding in 2008. Cummings said that he wanted "a magazine that would affirm pride in gay teenagers and assert positive ideals toward sex instead of shame and guilt.".
