A superb book on the work of artist Terence Cuneo The Author Terence Cuneo's career spans over half-a-century, and in that time he has established himself as a major British artist. Much of his life has been taken up with official' commissions. His early work centred around h…is career, first as an illustrator, then as a war artist, and later as a supreme exponent of the ceremonial, industrial and military scene. No other British artist's work has touched upon such a broad range of human endeavour and its zest, movement and range cannot be denied. Future art historians may finally determine his place in the hierarchy of twentieth century art, but whatever their verdict, there can be little doubt that the work of Terence Cuneo will rank ' as a unique record of his time.
