King Matthias Corvinus is celebrated for his patronage of the arts and sciences, particularly through his establishment of the Bibliotheca Corviniana, one of the largest and most significant libraries of the Renaissance. Includes full color reproductions and detailed descriptions of the manuscripts and books from the Corvina Library.
