This issue guest edited by CRUST as 'The Bulletin of the Mixed Boroughs' Hibernation Team', ('Formerly THUD: The Journal of the Scattered Localities' Autumn Leaf Followers' Guild'). CRUST is not identified but is explicitly not the same thing as the Editorial Board. The Board consists of the writers of the texts: Peter Riley, Nick Totton, Nigel Wheale, Mark Hyatt, Martin Thom, Michael Haslam, David Panton, Philip Crozier, David Trotter, Ian Patterson, and Sinclair, who contributes five nonconsecutive sheets across the issue, primarily of collage, cut-up and visual material.
