hard cover. Condition: Very Good. No jacket. First Edition. New Bedford:E. Anthony & Sons. 1876. 175pp. Hardcover. A very good, clean copy, inside and out. Gilt on front cover still bright. Internally, brown end-papers clean with a small round iitial stamp to the inside front board and 2nd free end-page has the inscription ."Compliments of Abraham H. Howland, Jr., Mayor". Otherwise pages clean and bright. The binding is tight and hinges intact. A very good to near fine copy.
