Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Usually called 'Troughton's History of Liverpool' and ascribed to Thomas Troughton, who was the first publisher. William Robinson bought the copyright and added a title-page and list of contents, as well as a few plates. With illustrations by T. Thoughton. // This is a 'cloth-bound' 1st edition hardback in good condition-I suspect that the book has been rebound a good number of years ago / It is 'foxed'& stained through out & there are 2 book-plates from previous owners. (389 pages & 6 pages of introduction & 66 page of illustrations). This is a heavy book nearly 2kg, so there will be an extra postage charge.
